Kim Donnelly started in the mortgage industry in 1987 while in college. She has filled just about every position in the mortgage industry. Kim started as a Receptionist and worked her way through various positions from Closer, to Processor, Underwriter, Manager and Loan Officer.
Kim developed and managed a mortgage department within a Credit Union prior to starting as a Branch Manager at Countrywide Home Loans. From Countrywide she went to Gateway Funding, AnnieMac Home Loans, and is currently with Greentree Mortgage, L.P. Although she has been managing a net branch since 1997 she has always originated mortgage loans.
