Forrest Cave brings over two decades of industry expertise and dedication to his role as a Senior Loan Officer at Greentree Mortgage. Starting his career at Castle Mortgage in 2000, Forrest quickly established himself as a trusted professional in the mortgage industry. He joined DR Horton, the leading builder’s mortgage company, in 2001, where he excelled as a top-producing Loan Officer for five years.

From 2006 to 2016, Forrest made a significant impact at Wells Fargo, beginning as a Loan Officer before rising to the role of Sales Manager. During his tenure, he achieved remarkable success as the top-producing Sales Manager in the Jersey region for seven consecutive years—a testament to his skill, leadership, and deep understanding of the mortgage landscape.

Expanding his career further, Forrest held key management positions at PNC from 2016 to 2018, Western Express Lending from 2018 to 2020, and Evesham Mortgage from 2020 to 2022. Each role sharpened his expertise while allowing him to help countless clients achieve their dream of homeownership. He joined Greentree Mortgage in 2022, continuing his commitment to delivering personalized service and industry-leading solutions.

On a personal note, Forrest has been happily married for 42 years. He is the proud father of three children—two sons and one daughter—and the loving grandfather of two grandchildren. A family man at heart, Forrest finds immense joy in helping others experience the life-changing milestone of purchasing a home.
