One of my early mortgage jobs was as in-house loan officer at a real estate office in Clementon, NJ.  The clients were working class and I worked hard for them.  To survive, I learned every rule in the underwriting book.  To get loans to closing, I had to know those rules better than the underwriters themselves.

Looking back, it was the best training I could have to prepare for today’s mortgage world.

My name is Bob Fensterer, and I want to be your mortgage partner.  My goal, when you refer a client, is; give them a great experience and assure they refer their friends and family to you in the future.

Give a Quality Consultation   Unlike any loan officer in South Jersey; I have a master’s degree in accounting. I will get more buyers approved and guide them to the program that best suits them.   I want my expertise to reflect well on you.

Be Fast and Accurate     The real estate business moves quickly.   When you refer a buyer for pre-approval, you need the right answer fast.   I challenge myself to master guidelines so you get an answer that is both fast and accurate.

Be Pro-Active    The mortgage approval process is more challenging than ever.   At the same time, a smooth, comfortable ride to closing is key to customer satisfaction.  I will explain the process in understandable terms.   I will see the bumps in the road, and work them out early in the process.

Don’t give up   I believe that everyone is on the road to home ownership.   When your buyer calls for approval, the answer is never “No”, at worst it’s: “Not now”.   If an issue stands in the way, I will advise them and point them to tools and people that can help.   I will follow up until they do approve.
